Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery across India takes 5–8 business days after dispatch. Express options may be available at checkout depending on your location.
Shipping Charges
Enjoy free shipping on your first 2 orders — no minimum required. After that, shipping is free on all orders above ₹999, and a flat fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹999.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order at any time from your account page.
Delays
Eksutra is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or public holidays. We will do our best to keep you informed.
